The new site which links in comes complete with a booking form, this form can be edited before or after the site has gone live, so if you missed any details out you can simply edit them in.
The reason why the booking form is of such paramount importance is that it allows your attendees to create data for you. The data can be stored by exporting it to your computer with excel 2000 or 2007.
